Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is received or, for employer-arranged group training, once the invoice has been accepted. Course fees are payable prior to the start of training unless other arrangements have been agreed with us in advance.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand plans change. Get in touch as early as you can if you need to move your booking to a different date — we'll always try to find you another session. Non-attendance without notice may forfeit your course fee.

Course requirements

Some units require online pre-course homework to be completed before you attend — this is outlined on each course's page. All students are required to demonstrate practical competency, including unassisted CPR where specified, to be issued a Statement of Attainment.

Certificates

Statements of Attainment are issued once a student has been assessed as competent, typically emailed within 24 hours of course completion. Certificates are issued on behalf of IRFA (Immediate Response First Aid), RTO #32154.

Student conduct & rights

Students are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the Student Handbook, which sets out rights, responsibilities and complaint-handling processes for nationally recognised training.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses or regulatory requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
